What is Euro Truck Simulator 2?
Euro Truck Simulator 2 is about more than getting from A to B. You build a haulage company, take jobs across Europe, buy and upgrade trucks, hire drivers, and turn long routes into something your group can plan around. The fun is in the drive itself: the roads, the weather, the traffic, the cargo, and whether the convoy can actually stay together.
The base game covers a large part of Europe, with routes through the UK, mainland Europe and beyond through map expansions. One night might be a short delivery after work, another might be a proper company run with heavy cargo, DLC routes, voice chat, parking disasters and everyone trying to arrive in one piece.
A hosted ETS2 server gives your convoy a steady place to meet. It works well for friends, Discord groups, virtual trucking companies and communities that want regular route nights without one person having to set up the session each time.
