What is Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah?
Conan Exiles Enhanced now includes Isle of Siptah! The expansion lets you Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah within one server instead of needing two Conan servers clustered together.

Delve deep into subterranean dungeons to combat the ancient elder races, challenge grotesque beasts summoned from chaos storms, and harness the surge, the sole source of the island's thrall supply.
Marooned and isolated, your adventure begins on the Isle of Siptah. With nothing more than remnants from the shipwreck, your journey of survival kicks off. From crafting rudimentary camps and stone tools to forging mighty fortresses equipped with fearsome great swords crafted from materials like hardened steel or obsidian, your progression knows no bounds.
The island's heart holds an imposing dark tower, casting its shadow across the landscape. A tumultuous storm, laden with power and unspeakable terrors, emanates from it. Yet, while the horrors within the tower threaten, the real peril might be your fellow survivors. In a land where resources are a luxury, the battle for sustenance and dominance is fierce and unforgiving.
Isle of Siptah is part of the Conan Exiles Enhanced update on PC Steam, which means it benefits from the Unreal Engine 5 visual upgrade as well as the broader multiplayer changes. The biggest one is that Isle of Siptah and Exiled Lands can now exist on the same server, and players who own Siptah can move between both maps with the same character. That makes Siptah much more useful for long-term community servers instead of feeling like a separate side save that your group drifts away from.
